Statutory withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts with the last item. Heating fuels are not automatically excluded: any statutory exception must meet its legal conditions. Mandatory rights in your country of residence remain protected.
How to withdraw
Notify All of Nature GmbH clearly before the deadline, for example at [email protected], identifying your order and contact details. The model form is optional. Statutory withdrawal does not require our approval or unopened packaging.
Returning goods and costs

Contact [email protected] to arrange the return location and freight transport for pallets; this is not an approval requirement for withdrawal. A collection point is not automatically a return warehouse. NaturaFlame covers the pallet return transport. Your return transport cost is EUR 0, with no handling fee or deduction of transport costs from your refund. Contact [email protected] to arrange transport. These arrangements do not require approval of your statutory withdrawal.
Refunds
We refund payments, including the cheapest standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving withdrawal notice using the original payment method, unless another free method was expressly agreed. We may withhold the refund until receipt of goods or return evidence, whichever occurs first, except where we offered collection. Liability for diminished value is limited to handling beyond the inspection necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by law.
Defective or non-conforming goods
Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods apply independently of withdrawal and do not require unopened packaging. Contact the seller with your order number and a description.
Additional voluntary returns
NaturaFlame also accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery for unopened, dry, complete, resalable units, following written return instructions. These conditions apply only to this additional option and do not limit statutory withdrawal or defect remedies.
