Prices are shown in EUR for the selected country and as gross prices for consumers. Shipping and applicable discounts are displayed before the binding order. Product images are packaging visualisations where labelled; the listed quantity determines the scope of supply. Any correction of an obvious error must be explained, not silently charged.

About NaturaFlame

NaturaFlame is the fuel shop operated by All of Nature GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main. We bring pellets, briquettes and firewood together in a focused catalogue for homes and businesses.

Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Product presentation is an invitation to place an order. You can correct your entries before submitting. By using the button indicating an obligation to pay, you submit a binding contractual offer. The automatic receipt message records receipt of the order; it is not acceptance of that offer or proof of payment. The contract is concluded by the seller’s express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. The conditions saved at the time of ordering are included as an HTML attachment in the confirmation email for you to retain; the shop also keeps that version with the order. Business quotation requests do not themselves form a purchase contract.

Payment recipient

For delivery to your address: Pay by bank transfer to All of Nature GmbH, the seller, using the account shown in your checkout and confirmation. This is direct payment to the seller; All of Nature GmbH is not a separate collection partner. Check the beneficiary, amount and reference. Use only the order number as the transfer reference.

Delivery and receiving your order

Delivery in 3–5 days. Free standard delivery on goods totals of €99 or more after discounts. Pallet delivery requires safe vehicle access and a suitable unloading area. Contact us before ordering if access is restricted.

Returns and withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts with the last item. Heating fuels are not automatically excluded: any statutory exception must meet its legal conditions. Mandatory rights in your country of residence remain protected.

Complaints and statutory rights

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with the order number and a description; photographs can help. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected by the withdrawal procedure. A delivery note or photograph is helpful but does not replace or restrict those rights.

Business orders

Business customers can request larger quantities using the wholesale section. The displayed quotation or basket total governs the offer. Individual quotations apply from 20 units. Consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to purchases made in the course of a business.

Free return transport

NaturaFlame covers the pallet return transport. Your return transport cost is EUR 0, with no handling fee or deduction of transport costs from your refund. Contact [email protected] to arrange transport. These arrangements do not require approval of your statutory withdrawal.

Warehouse collection and payment

Your order takes 3–5 days to prepare for collection. We will notify you by email or telephone when it is ready. Come only after receiving confirmation and agreeing a collection time. Pay on site by cash or card. Collection costs EUR 0. No advance bank transfer is required. Order receipt and readiness for collection are not payment confirmations. Prepare for collection

Have your order number ready. Bring a vehicle or trailer with sufficient payload capacity and suitable loading-space dimensions. Allow for the full load weight including the pallet and packaging. The stated net fuel weight is not the gross transport weight. Provide safe load restraint, such as suitable securing straps. Agree loading arrangements and any partial collection with the warehouse in advance.
